Marion Lohnert: "Providing the best possible support for change"
Marion Lohnert makes sure that the working environment and working atmosphere at InnovationLab and FLEXOO GmbH, which was founded over a year ago, are just right. Human Resources is the Hohenlohe native's hobbyhorse - she is particularly passionate about the process of recruiting and onboarding new employees.
Outside of work, the nature lover has a wide range of interests. Yoga is absolutely her thing! Marion recently spent two months traveling in Colombia with her husband Klaus to support the Colegio Fervan Campestre near Bogota in integrating the topic of solar energy and the planning, operation and installation of a photovoltaic system into the curriculum, as well as supporting the planning and prompt installation of the school's own PV system on site. Being proactive, trying out and implementing innovative ideas and meeting new cultures and people is in keeping with Marion's character.
Who are You are?
Who am I? - the answer to this question is probably what most spiritual seekers spend their whole lives trying to find out (winks). What and where do I work? I am HR Manager at iL, since 12/2023 largely responsible for FLEXOO's HR work.
What does you with your work at the InnovationLab most most fun?
Working with people to find the best solution for everyone involved.

How explain you then someone non-specialist your activity in understandable language?
I do HR work and make sure that we find the right people - new employees who fit in with us both professionally and personally. To support them so that they "come on board" in the best possible way. I try to provide the best possible support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. And I try to provide the best possible support when change is imminent.
Which skills/core competencies are required required?
Very good communication skills, empathy, good organization, creativity, focus on resources.
Are are there personal goals, that you in near future in the near future?
I'm always excited to see what new tasks life brings and enjoy accompanying change processes.
What do you in your free time passionately with pleasure - what are are you?
My favorite things to do are spending time with my family, good friends and our dog. I have also been practicing yoga for many years, I love to dance, I love being in nature and I am happy when I am traveling and meeting new cultures and people.

Short biography
Trained as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, followed by another year in the purchasing department of the training company; one year as a nanny in Toronto, Canada; parental leave; training as a foreign language correspondent.
One year as a commercial generalist at Verlag Marktlücke, Mannheim; ten years at Knoell Germany - as a human resources generalist; 2006-2007 part-time further training as a personnel specialist (IHK); one year at Pitney Bowes - as a personnel administrator and recruiter.
Nine years at Knoell Germany - as a recruiter, BEM representative, various HR projects and coordinator for occupational safety across several company locations with instructions and preparation of the psychological risk assessment.
Joined iL on February 1, 2023 and has worked primarily for the spin-off FLEXOO since December 2023.
