iL as an Employer
For us, teamwork and treating one another with respect are second nature. We value diverse responsibilities, the freedom to take initiative, and a positive approach to learning from mistakes.
We foster communication on an equal footing and address each other informally. We prioritize a work style that aligns with both our culture and your lifestyle, offering flexible working hours and the option to work remotely twice a week. On other days, we prefer meeting in the office to strengthen our collaborative spirit.
Among our benefits are a monthly company lunch, recreational activities, a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket, health days, and many other advantages.
Our headquarters are centrally located in Heidelberg’s Bahnstadt district—just a ten-minute walk from Heidelberg Central Station, with a wide variety of dining options and green spaces right around the corner. And for those who don’t commute by public transportation, we provide company parking spaces in our underground garage at Speyerer Straße 4.
