To enable you to commence your work at our facility as quickly as possible, we will guide you through an onboarding process. This includes a workplace safety training and all necessary instructions, which will be tailored to your specific work.

How can I ensure my IP is protected?
Naturally, confidentiality in data handling is paramount at our facility. Multilateral non-disclosure agreements and the sensitive handling of relevant data, both analog and digital, have been a proven standard at this location for 15 years. Regular training and consultations on managing information, results, and presentations, as well as data protection, are integral parts of the services we offer. If desired, we support your patent protection with prompt applications through our external patent attorneys and provide advice on the best and most effective instrument for protecting your intellectual property, tailored to your specific results. In doing so, we draw upon 15 years of experience.

Which equipment is available at the facility?
Our equipment inventory at the facility is continuously expanding. A comprehensive list details the equipment currently available on site.
Am I permitted to operate all equipment available at InnovationLab independently?
Following comprehensive instruction from the respective equipment manager, a significant portion of the equipment can be operated autonomously. Prior reservation of the equipment through a dedicated booking system is required for the intended duration of use.
More intricate equipment, such as the Gallus RCS 330, necessitates the involvement of an experienced operator to execute the required tasks on a commissioned basis.
Is it permissible to bring my own equipment?
Subject to prior agreement, users may bring their own equipment to our facility. Furthermore, there is an option to make such equipment available to other users through a loan agreement.
