GENESIS 26 -
The LIFE SCIENCE TECH DAY
How can disease processes more realistically and and active ingredients faster and efficiently tested ?
The iL event "GENESISThe LIFE SCIENCE TECH DAY"explores this question. The forum takes an in-depth look at 3D organ models, organ-on-chip systems, and the chain linking automated biofabrication, living tissue sensor technology, and AI-supported image analysis.

The event will take place on Thursday, March 12 (9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at the FRAUENBAD, located near the center of Heidelberg in the Altes Hallenbad.
"GENESIS 26 is exceptionally timely because it brings together the exact ingredients needed for real impact: cutting-edge research in bioengineering and AI, strong technology and industry partners, and a shared commitment to translation."
Professor Dr. Haikun Liu
Head of the Molecular Neurogenetics Department at the DKFZ and founder of AIPTO TechBio GmbH
"I look for industrial or academic connections who would like to test our prototype in their labs. I also hope that I can connect to scientists and listen to the challenges they face in their companies or academic groups."
Dr. Hossein Eslami Amirabadi
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ARITC Technologies
"I am particularly interested in where the most forward-looking innovations in life science technologies are currently emerging and how advanced fluidic solutions can support them. And, of course, I am looking forward to many inspiring interdisciplinary discussions and potential collaborations."
Dr. Hinnerk Ossmer
Co-founder and managing director of memetis GmbH
"I hope that participants will take away the insight that combining human-based models with engineering and data-driven disciplines makes it possible to scale, control, and systematically investigate biological complexity in ways that were not previously possible."
Dr. Ramsey Najm
Wissenschaftlicher Leiter, Organoid Engineering Lab an der Universität Heidelberg
