The bioRN life science cluster promotes networking throughout the year with various event formats. On Thursday, May 15 (9 to 11 a.m.), bioRN will be a guest at the InnovationLab. The "bioRN HR Breakfast" will take place in the "iL.Connect.Space", this time focusing on the topic of human resources (HR).
The workshop is entitled "bioRN HR Breakfast: Future Skills & Transformation Mapping" and will be led by Marlene Konrad, trainer for future skills, from COMMHA Consulting Heidelberg. As the biotechnology sector in particular is developing ever faster, it is also crucial that the workforce keeps pace. Key future skills are crucial, and in view of the accelerated transformation, the emergence of new technologies and constantly changing dynamics in the workplace, this is strictly speaking a must.
In this workshop, the following questions will be asked and answered for interested participants: How can HR drive sustainable change? Do your teams have the right skills to stay ahead?
